ME21N - Unable to save PO

Hi

Here is something tricky and have been testing my patience from past 24 hours.

I am not able to save the purchase order on screen personas. Whenever I am trying to save PO, my screen turns black and thereafter need to restart my screen personas.

Could someone help me to get rid of this.
