Screen Personas 2.0 not started

After configure Screen personas 2.0 we have the following problem. When SP is started we get the following screen

When we tick on one of the tiles the screen flickers once and then we got this screen again. And yes we have access to SAP within this area. we have checked the auth and have full auth's for all the Screen personas objects.

Please inform about what is missing here.
