Personas 2.0 SP03: After fixing note 2206273, cannot set Label text color

Hi,

We patched to Personas 2.0 SP 3, and applied Note 2206273 to fix the screen flash issue. After that I found that all my label text is in black color and I cannot change the text color. I tried to use Text Field instead, but when I disable it, the background color changed to a fixed color.

Is this a known issue for SP3? Do we miss more fixing notes?
