SAP SCREEN PERSONA - use standard field

Hi,

I created Sales order persona screen as below snapshot, I made a script for entering Employee number which need to put value in Goto -Header – Partners which takes a lot of time to enter the data & fetch employee name & back to same screen again.

Is there any way so that we can use standard sales employee field on front screen itself without using script as we are using payment terms standard screen which is on 1^st screen of sales order itself.
