Microsoft Visual Basic pop-up. Run-time error '4605' in ME21N tcode

Hi Gurus,

I'm Jared a Basis person, we received a report that a user is encountering an error when trying to insert INFO RECORD data in ME21N transaction code. the error is "Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time error '4605': This method is not available because of Clipboard is empty or not valid". Do you guys have idea if this is a Basis related issue and how can we solve this?
