Embedding WebI report in Screen Personas with HTML Control

I'm running a few tests to embed a Business Objects WebI report in Screen Personas using the HTML Control. I'm using an openDocument URL that has a parameter from a prompt. Really simple Year prompt

http//<SERVER>:8080/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocID=Aalm7rI9WBFCjYjbSqt4zCw&sIDType=CUID&sRefresh=Y&lsSSelect+Year=2005&sOutputFormat=H&sViewer=html

This BOBJ open document URL works fine if I just load it in the browser, the parameter works fine. However, in Screen Personas the report loads as if the parameter wasn't there. It does load the WebI report but without the filter itself.

How can I check what is ScreenPersonas passing to the iframe?
