SRT framework error while creating Web Service

Hi,

I have created a web service based on a function module and created its binding via the SOA Manager.

Now while creating the service consumer proxy for consuming the web service, I used the URL of the web serivice.

After this, while creating the logical port for this consumer proxy via the SOA Manager, SRT framework error comes up.

Error:

:    SRT Framework exception: Initial value "consumer context table" in method IF_SRT_WSP_CONFIG_REGISTRY~CREATE_CONTEXTS_FROM_WS of class CL_SRT_WSP_CONFIG_REGISTRY

Is it a Basis issue or is there a fault in way of creating the web service?

Please help.
